Using supportive props, long-held restful poses, and guided breath awareness, Restorative Yoga for Deep Relaxation invites your nervous system to downshift and your body to release layers of tension—without effort or strain.
One student said it best: “I can be in the middle of a complete ADHD meltdown and this class fixes it within 5-10 minutes.” Whether you're feeling overstimulated, anxious, or just worn out, this class offers a soft landing. Come as you are—no experience needed. Leave feeling calm, clear, and deeply restored.

Experience Level:
🔹 Beginner-friendly, great for all levels - Some beginners may find it challenging to be restful for extended periods of time
🔹 Props Used (provided by the studio)- Several blankets, bolsters (big pillows) and yoga blocks will hold you in restful poses the entire class
Foundations of Yoga Flow
Build confidence and clarity in your practice.
We begin with 20 minutes of guided exploration, introducing foundational yoga postures, alignment principles, and breath awareness to create a strong and safe base. The final 40 minutes shift into a gentle, breath-focused yoga flow, where you’ll apply what you’ve learned in mindful movement sequences that support balance, strength, and ease.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or returning to the basics, this class offers a steady pace, accessible options, and a supportive atmosphere. Expect to leave grounded, empowered, and more connected to your breath and body.

Newer students building body awareness
Those returning to yoga or recovering from inconsistent practice
Practitioners seeking a non-heated, non-competitive environment

Designed for women (but open to men), Mindful Muscles Yoga Fusion blends flowing yoga sequences with light weights and functional strength exercises to support your energy, balance, and long-term mobility.
You’ll move with purpose and breath, building muscle tone and joint stability while honoring where your body is today. This isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about moving smarter, staying connected, and feeling confident in your strength both on and off the mat. All levels welcome; modifications and encouragement offered every step of the way.
Ideal For:
Active students looking for a challenge
Yogis wanting to build real-world strength with body awareness
People who enjoy blending fitness and mindfulness
People who use movement as a path to relaxation

The Shift: From Wall to Flow
A transformative practice that begins at the wall and evolves into spacious movement.
Immerse yourself in this unique 60-minute yoga experience that begins with the grounding power of the Great Yoga Wall and flows into a mat-based slow vinyasa sequence designed to leave you feeling aligned, fluid, and deeply connected.
In the first quarter of class, you'll explore postural awareness, spinal traction, and gentle opening at the wall — using straps, slings, and resistance to build intelligent muscle engagement and release deep tension. From there, we shift onto the mat, carrying the clarity and support of the wall into a graceful, breath-led sequence of slow flowing movement. Expect longer holds, intuitive transitions, and a somatic approach to strength and flexibility.
This class is ideal for:
Students wanting a refreshing fusion of structure and flow
Those managing chronic tension, alignment issues, or fatigue
Practitioners who love moving slowly, mindfully, and with purpose
🔹 Experience level - All levels welcome - Safe for most beginners, but offers depth information and new challenges for experienced students.
🔹 Props used (provided by the studio) - Great Yoga Wall, blocks, straps, blankets.

Testimonials…
“Many thanks for allowing me to start and continue a life saving entry to Yoga.
I had a dramatic change in my life where I went from being a 24/7 caregiver (my wife was dying of Stage 4 Liver Disease), to not being a caregiver ——due to the passing of my wife. This trauma affects the various energy centers of the body, soul and mind. Yoga at Zen Squirrel has helped me to rebalance. This rebalance has allowed me to return to life as a Dad, Mentor, Coach and Business Owner. Thank you.” - R
