About Zen Squirrel
Zen Squirrel Yoga is located in the heart of Stoudtburg Village, a walkable Bavarian-inspired village on the Lancaster-Berks County line. My husband and I are fortunate to call this unique community home, and the studio is deeply woven into our daily lives.
Over the years, Zen Squirrel has grown into more than a place to attend a yoga class. It is a thoughtfully tended space shaped by friendship, creativity, local craftsmanship, and genuine connection. From the yoga wall built by a friend, to artwork created by our restorative yoga teacher, to flowers and vegetables shared from students' gardens, the studio reflects the people who gather here.
I believe wellness grows in much the same way—through small, consistent acts of care that help us feel more connected to ourselves, one another, and the natural rhythms of life.
About us:
Behind every class is a teacher with a unique story and a shared commitment to supporting students with care and attention.
Our teachers have diverse backgrounds in healthcare, mental health, bodywork, Ayurveda, art, and lifelong yoga practice. We meet students where they are and honor the whole person. In our intentionally small classes, you'll find experienced guidance, meaningful connection, and space to grow in a way that feels sustainable and authentic.
Beth Martin – Drawing from decades in healthcare and training in yoga and Ayurveda, Beth guides students into a grounded, sustainable relationship with their bodies. She enjoys blending lived healthcare experience with ancient wisdom.
Lily Rose – With a yoga practice spanning back to age 13 and a career in massage therapy, she brings a deep understanding of the benefits of movement. Her gentle classes are deceptively challenging, calm, and supportive of strength and ease throughout.
Moe Boyer – Moe Boyer is the artist behind the studio’s branding and hand-painted mural. She is a restorative and gentle yoga teacher with decades of personal practice. She brings a steady, nurturing presence to every class.
Megan Hall – A yoga teacher and licensed mental health counselor, she brings a rare depth of expertise in stress, resilience, and holding truly supportive space. Through the Soul Sanctuary Series, she blends singing bowls, journaling, art, and reflection into a restorative experience of rest and inner connection.

Hi, I’m Beth…
My lifelong interest in health and wellness has taken many forms over the years—from working in healthcare and running marathons to practicing yoga, studying Ayurveda, and guiding others on their own wellness journeys.
For more than twenty years, yoga has been a steady companion through life's many seasons, including pregnancy, loss, stress, moves, travel, career changes, and the everyday challenges of being human. Again and again, I have returned to the practices of movement, breath, and mindful awareness as a way to reconnect with myself and find steadiness amidst change.
In 2016, I discovered Ayurveda and was immediately drawn to its wisdom and its ability to help people understand themselves as part of the natural world. Through the lens of the five elements, Ayurveda offers a practical and compassionate approach to living in greater balance with our bodies, our minds, and the rhythms of life.
As a teacher, studio owner, and wellness counselor, I believe meaningful transformation happens through small, consistent steps rather than dramatic overhauls. My goal is to help students cultivate strength, resilience, and vitality in ways that feel sustainable and supportive of real life.
I am an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, the highest level of certification recognized by Yoga Alliance, and a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor with more than 900 hours of Ayurvedic education and training.
YOGA
Our yoga classes offer a grounded space to move, breathe, and reconnect. With a variety of teachers and styles, each class brings its own lens while sharing a common intention: helping you build a practice that feels steady, sustainable, and true to your body.
We value intelligent movement and mindful progression over intensity or perfection. Postures are explored with curiosity and care, with options that support both accessibility and growth.
Across classes, you may find a blend of breath-led flow, core stability, functional alignment, and restorative awareness practices designed to support balance in both body and nervous system.
Whether you arrive for challenge, recovery, or simply time to reset, you are welcome as you are.
AYURVEDA WELLNESS COACHING
Ayurveda is a traditional system of wellness that emphasizes the relationship between the body, environment, and daily rhythms to support balance and long-term health.
In Ayurvedic wellness coaching, we identify practical, individualized strategies for nutrition, movement, and lifestyle based on your constitution and current health patterns. The goal is to create sustainable habits that support digestion, energy, sleep, and overall resilience.
Sessions are structured to help you translate Ayurvedic principles into real-life choices that feel realistic and adaptable rather than restrictive.
Our 3 month programs are recommended to allow adequate time for assessment, implementation, and integration of changes at a steady, supportive pace.
