About Zen Squirrel

Nestled in Stoudtburg Village in Adamstown, PA, Zen Squirrel is a small, welcoming yoga studio where students can explore mindful movement, breath, and strength in a calm, supportive environment. With room for just 12 students per class, we offer personal attention and thoughtful guidance, giving you space to practice at your own pace.

Our classes range from gentle restorative sessions to strength-focused flows, blending yoga with functional movement. Props are encouraged, and every student is supported to move safely and comfortably. Whether you’re new to yoga, deepening your practice, or seeking a mindful pause in your day, Zen Squirrel offers a grounded, inclusive space to feel steady, strong, and centered.

Beyond classes, our small boutique and wellness-focused space invites the local community to gather, learn, and nurture their practice in a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere. Zen Squirrel isn’t just a studio—it’s a place to grow your practice, your body awareness, and your connection to community.

Hi, I’m Beth…

…and I have had a lifelong love of health and wellness. I am passionate about sharing practices that have transformed the way I feel. Yoga has been my support and guide through 20+ years that included marathoning, pregnancy, stress, loss, moving, traveling and more. In 2016, I fell in love with ayurveda and its ability to connect individuals to the natural world through the 5 elements of nature. As a teacher and wellness coach, I am committed to helping others achieve big results by taking small, consistent steps. I am a registered E-RYT 500, the highest certification offered by the Yoga Alliance. I am a certified Ayurveda Health counselor with over 900 hours of ayurvedic education.

YOGA

I challenge each of my students to explore their own best practice by finding focus, strength and flexibility in simple movements. I enjoy breaking down a pose to make it accessible to all students! We explore core strength, breathing exercises, rhythmic flow and alignment to challenge the body and balance the nervous system.

AYURVEDA WELLNESS COACHING

Ayurveda is an ancient science that encourages us to discover how our wellness (mental and physical) is linked to the environment  through the elements of nature. During ayurvedic wellness coaching sessions, I help people discover an intuitive approach to seasonal eating, yoga and lifestyle that support personal balance.  A commitment to working with me in a 3 or 6 month interval will allow time to achieve results at a pace that allows for integration of your new habits.
